This notice explains how personal data may be processed when you visit tbasoftware.net, use our contact or project enquiry forms, or communicate with TBA Software electronically.
- Personal data we may process
TBA Software may process the following categories of personal data:
Identity information: Your name, surname and other information you choose to provide about yourself.
Contact information: Your email address, telephone number and preferred method of communication.
Enquiry and project information: The service you are interested in, information about your business or current situation, your project or service requirements, your message and other information you choose to provide through our forms.
Technical and security information: Your IP address, access time, browser and device information, and technical records generated while maintaining the security of the website.
Advertising and measurement information: If you provide consent, information about website visits, advertising interactions and conversions collected through Google Ads and Meta tools.
Our contact and project enquiry forms do not include a file-upload field.

Processing the information required to answer a contact or project enquiry is not based solely on explicit consent. Where explicit consent is required for an optional activity, such as the use of marketing cookies, it is requested separately.

Your personal data may be collected electronically through:
- Contact and project enquiry forms
- Email and telephone communications
- Website server and security records
- Cookies and similar technologies
- Other direct communications with TBA Software
Information submitted through our forms may both be stored within the website infrastructure and sent to the relevant TBA Software email addresses.
- Sharing and transferring personal data
Where necessary and permitted by law, personal data may be shared with:
- Providers of website hosting, maintenance, security and email infrastructure
- Providers of legal, financial or technical support
- Public authorities and courts legally authorised to request the information
- Google and Meta services for advertising measurement, when you provide consent
The website is hosted in Türkiye. However, services connected to organisations operating outside Türkiye, including Google Ads and Meta, may cause certain technical information to be processed or transferred outside Türkiye.
These activities are only carried out when the required legal basis and applicable international-transfer safeguards are in place.
- Retention of personal data
Personal data is retained for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, taking account of applicable statutory retention periods and limitation periods.
Contact and project enquiries that do not result in a customer relationship are retained for no longer than two years after the most recent communication, unless an ongoing legal or administrative requirement makes longer retention necessary.
Where an enquiry results in a customer relationship, the relevant records may be retained throughout the service relationship and for any additional period required by law.
When the applicable retention period ends, personal data is erased, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.
- Data security
TBA Software applies appropriate technical and administrative measures intended to prevent unlawful processing of or access to personal data and to keep the information secure.
No method of transmitting information over the internet can provide absolute security. Please do not submit sensitive or special-category personal data that is not necessary for us to assess your enquiry.
- Your rights under KVKK
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about its processing
- Learn why it is being processed and whether it is being used for that purpose
- Learn which third parties in Türkiye or abroad have received it
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data
- Request erasure or destruction where the conditions established by law are met
- Request that corrections, erasure or destruction be communicated to third parties that received the data
- Object to a result produced against you exclusively through automated processing
- Claim compensation if you suffer loss because your personal data was processed unlawfully

You may write to privacy@tbasoftware.net using an email address that you previously provided to TBA Software and that is recorded in our systems.
Using “KVKK Data Subject Request” as the subject line will help us direct your application more efficiently.
Your application must contain enough information to identify you and understand your request. TBA Software will respond free of charge within 30 days, depending on the nature of the request. Where processing the request creates an additional cost, fees permitted under the applicable legislation may be charged.
