GOOGLE ADS MANAGEMENT

Google Ads Management

We plan how to reach people searching Google for your product or service with a message aligned with your goals. We manage the target searches, ad copy, budget and desired action as parts of the same campaign, then improve the campaigns regularly based on their results.

The core structure of a Google Ads campaign

Google Ads management involves more than choosing keywords and writing ads. Where and when the ads appear, what they communicate, what action users should take afterwards and how the results will be measured must be planned together. We plan and manage these elements so they work toward the same goal.

Target searches and audiences

We determine the searches and situations in which people who may be interested in your product or service should see your ads. We prepare the ads so they align with both the information people are looking for and what your business offers.

The action you want people to take

The desired action may be visiting your website, submitting a form through Google, calling your business, getting directions, making a reservation, completing a purchase or taking another relevant step. We plan the advertising message and the action that follows it according to the campaign’s objective.

Measurable results

We establish which actions are valuable to your business. For measurable actions such as form submissions, phone calls, reservations or purchases, we set up conversion tracking or review your existing measurement setup.

Managing campaigns based on results

We assess advertising spend, searches, user interactions and measurable results together. Based on those results, we improve the budget allocation, targeting, advertising messages and the steps users take after interacting with an ad.

This structure allows you to see which campaigns use your budget and which ads produce results that are valuable to your business. We base subsequent decisions on measurable outcomes rather than the number of clicks alone.

When can Google Ads be used?

Google Ads is not limited to appearing in search results. Campaigns can use different formats depending on the people you want to reach, the product or service being promoted and the action you want them to take afterwards.

When people are actively searching for your product or service

If people search Google for the product or service you provide, your business can appear while they are researching that need. This approach can be particularly useful for reaching people who know what they are looking for or have started comparing their options.

Whether people are actively searching for your product or service is one of the main factors to consider when choosing between Google Ads and Meta Ads. We compare how the two channels are used in “Google Ads or Meta Ads?”

When customers research before making a decision

Before deciding, people may compare products, services, prices or providers. We prepare the advertising message according to the information they need at that stage of their decision-making process.

When you want to reach people in a particular area

Campaigns can target the cities, districts or regions your business serves. This allows the advertising budget to be managed according to the locations where you can provide your services.

When you want to promote a new product, service or offer

A new product, service, branch or seasonal offer can be promoted in search results and across other Google placements. We determine the advertising format based on the purpose of the promotion, the people you want to reach and the materials available.

When you want people to take a particular action

A Google Ads campaign can direct people towards a phone call, form submission, reservation, purchase, store visit or another action that matters to your business. The desired action shapes both the campaign structure and how its results are measured.

What is included in Google Ads management?

We establish the scope of the work based on your goals, the products or services being promoted and the current state of your advertising account. We can create new campaigns or review and improve your existing ones.

Review and campaign planning

We assess your business, campaign objectives, the products or services being promoted, target locations and the actions that need to be measured. If you already have an advertising account, we also review its campaign structure, search terms, budget use, measurement setup and previous results.

Campaign and ad setup

We plan the searches or audiences that should see the ads, the message each ad should communicate and the action it should lead to. For search campaigns, we determine which terms to target and which searches should be excluded. We prepare the campaign structure, advertising copy, destination links and any additional information that can be shown with the ads.

If an ad directs users to your website, the landing page needs to support the advertising message and clearly present the expected action. If a new page is required or an existing page needs to be improved, this is planned separately as part of our Web Design and Development service.

Budget allocation and ongoing management

During Google Ads management, we distribute the advertising budget across campaigns and priorities. We regularly review search terms, targeting, ads and budget use, then improve the campaigns according to the results.

Measurement and reporting

We establish which actions matter to your business. For measurable actions such as form submissions, phone calls, reservations or purchases, we set up conversion tracking or review your existing measurement setup. We regularly report advertising spend, completed actions, changes made and the priorities for the next stage.

We determine the campaign types and technical settings based on your goals, budget, available data, available materials and measurement options.

Although Google Ads and SEO focus on different types of visibility, they can support one another through the same website. Organic rankings do not themselves determine advertising costs. However, improvements to page speed, mobile usability, content clarity and technical structure made through SEO can contribute to landing-page quality and conversion performance. Search terms collected through Google Ads can also help identify the needs behind people’s searches. Work intended to improve organic visibility is planned separately as part of our SEO services.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the management fee include the advertising budget?

No. The advertising budget is paid directly to Google through the payment method connected to your own Google Ads account. TBA’s campaign management is charged separately.

How do you determine the advertising budget?

There is no single budget that applies to every business. We recommend a starting budget after considering the target area, competition, expected advertising costs, the product or service being promoted and the time needed to collect enough data to assess the campaign.

Can you manage our existing Google Ads account?

Yes. Once we have the required access, we review the existing campaigns, budget use, measurement setup and previous results. We retain the parts of the existing structure that can still be used and plan the necessary changes.

How are advertising results measured?

Based on the campaign’s objective, we establish which actions matter to your business, such as phone calls, form submissions, reservations, purchases or store visits. For actions that can be tracked, we set up conversion tracking or review your existing measurement setup. What can be measured depends on how the campaign directs users and the available technical setup.

Are landing-page design or website changes included?

As part of Google Ads management, we assess the existing page in relation to the advertising message and the action users are expected to take, then recommend any necessary changes. Designing and developing a new page or implementing changes to the existing website is not included in campaign management and is planned separately as part of our Web Design and Development service. For websites we do not manage technically, changes can be implemented by your existing developer. Whether TBA can carry out the implementation is determined after reviewing the website’s technical structure.

How long do Google Ads campaigns take to produce results?

Data on impressions, clicks and trackable actions begins to accumulate after the campaigns are launched. The time needed to assess the results depends on search volume, competition, budget, the desired action and the customer’s decision-making process. It is not possible to give one fixed timeframe that applies to every campaign.
